Jellied Cooking Fuel
Recochem Jellied Cooking Fuel is a methanol based mixture that burns with a clean flame and produces good intense heat. Ideal for buffet service to keep coffee urns and chafing dishes hot and for certain types of camp cookers. Our Jellied Cooking Fuel burns with virtually no odour and snuffs out easily when the lid is replaced.
Currently available in large 3 Kg industrial size cans for spooning into receptacles and ready to use consumer size 200 g cans.

Heat losses are so great under normal conditions of use that the difference in B.T.U. is not a factor on performance. Our tests show that Recochem Jellied Cooking Fuel burns at BTU 3400 per 198 g and compares well to other forms of portable heat.
