End Cut Preservative
End Cut Preservative is a green, paintable wood preservative for protecting cut or drilled wood from rot and mildew. It contains the active ingredient Copper Naphthenate with the guarantee of 2% copper in the formulation. Not to be used in dwellings, for exterior and above ground use only.
Apply at least two generous coats of End Cut Preservative by brushing only, it should not be sprayed or dripped on to the wood surface. Wood surface to be treated should be dry and clean and free from all paint, varnish, wax, or any other coating that may prevent penetration. Frequent stirring during application is recommended to ensure uniform protection.
Suggested Uses: Doors, outdoor furniture, greenhouse lumber, fences, docks, window frames, and canvas. It is harmless to plants when dry, and suitable for horticultural lumber and flower boxes. Do not use on rubber coated fabric. Use only in well-ventilated areas.
Coverage: 1 L covers 15 sq. m (162 sq. feet) of rough lumber and 20 sq. m (215 sq. feet) of finished lumber.
Disposal and Storage: DO NOT reuse empty container. Dispose of container in household garbage. DO NOT store in areas subject to excessive heat.
