Recochem – Our methodology (on how we list ingredients):
Ingredients in consumer chemical products will be identified by:
a) International Nomenclature of Cosmetic Ingredients (INCI) and or the International Union of Pure and Applied Chemistry (IUPAC) name, and/or Chemical Abstract Service (CAS) name, and /or the common chemical name.
b) All chemicals present as components of fragrances, dyes, and preservatives are listed as such.
c) Chemical function and/or chemical class descriptors may be used to supplement INCI, IUPAC, CAS or common chemical names.
